Panorama's of Crystal Downs

I left my Nikon charger in NYC, so when the battery died on #5 tee, I used the panorama function on my iPhone to capture the greens.

Black Forest - Tom Doak's Second Golf Course

Went for a walk around Black Forest opening week for most Northern Michigan golf courses. After working on the Wilderness Valley chapter of his new book, I really wanted to go see it, even if the weather wasn't so great. Most in Michigan are just happy that 99% of the snow is gone. 

There are a lot of really cool holes on Black Forest. If I was asked to build a super hard golf course, I hope I can still make it as fun as this one.
